Terms of Service
Dealer Connect, on the web and in the app · Effective October 19, 2026
Dealer Connect is made by Extrusia. Window and door dealers use it to measure, quote and order from the manufacturer that supplies them (your "supplier"). These terms cover your use of Dealer Connect on the web and in the app. By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Dealer Connect for a company, you agree to them for that company.
Your account
- Your supplier invites you and sets up your sign-in. Dealer Connect is for window and door businesses and the people who work for them.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell your supplier or us straight away if you think someone else has used your sign-in. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- Your supplier can change or end your access. So can we, if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.
Your supplier, your prices and your orders
- Prices, discounts, lead times, delivery, warranty and payment terms are set by your supplier. Extrusia runs the software; it does not sell you windows or doors.
- An order you send is an order to your supplier. Your supplier decides whether to accept it, and the order is between you and them.
- A price on a quote is what your supplier's price book says at the time you build it. Your supplier confirms the final price when they accept the order.
Measurements and sizes
Dealer Connect can estimate sizes from a photo, the phone's depth sensor, a room scan or a Bluetooth laser. Every size says how it was taken. A photo or scan is an estimate for quoting. Before a window is built, confirm its size by measuring it. Your supplier will not release a window to production on an estimated size. You are responsible for the sizes you send. Neither Extrusia nor your supplier is responsible for a window that does not fit because of a size you sent.
Josie, the assistant
Josie can read a photo, suggest a window type and answer questions. Her answers are suggestions, and they can be wrong. Check what she proposes before you rely on it. A quote or order she helps with is still yours to review and send.
Using Dealer Connect properly
Do not:
- use someone else's sign-in, or let someone else use yours;
- try to see another company's information, or get around any limit on what your sign-in may do;
- interfere with the service, overload it, or scrape it with automated tools;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.
Your information
The quotes, orders, photos and measurements you put into Dealer Connect stay yours and your supplier's. We use them only to run the service, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Payments
If you pay for an order by card, the payment goes to your supplier through Stripe. Payment terms are your supplier's.
The software
Dealer Connect, its design and its code belong to Extrusia. You may use it while your access lasts, for your business with your supplier. We improve it often, and features may change, be added or be removed.
If something goes wrong
- We work to keep Dealer Connect available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or never contain a mistake. It is provided "as is".
- To the extent the law allows, Extrusia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to $100.
- Nothing in these terms limits anything the law does not allow to be limited.
If you got the app from Apple's App Store
These terms are between you and Extrusia, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and has no obligation to maintain it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third party.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date. If the change is significant, we will tell you in Dealer Connect or by email before it takes effect. Using Dealer Connect after that means you accept the new terms.
